Worship at Covenant

Covenant worship services are diverse and interactive. We worship in traditional and contemporary styles, and we have intimate services of prayer and reflection.

Read below to find more information about our diverse worship services. If you have additional questions about worship at Covenant, please contact us.

Traditional Worship Services

8:15 a.m. Service

The 8:15 a.m. service is a traditional service musically led by piano and a song leader. The service offers weekly communion with worshipers surrounding the communion table.

9:30 and 11 a.m. Services

The 9:30 and 11 a.m. services are largely traditional, combining standard Reformed liturgy with choral leadership. Holy Communion is celebrated monthly.

Contemporary Worship

Sundays at 11 a.m. in the Fellowship and Education Building, Fellowship Hall

The Contemporary Worship service at Covenant is an opportunity to experience worship in an intimate and informal way. This service is geared toward anyone looking for a place of community whether you are a seeker or believer, coming with family or as a single person. All are welcome to join us for passionate and engaging music, inspiring testimonies, relevant videos and compelling sermons.

Service of Morning Prayer

The Service of Morning Prayer for early risers—young, old, and in between—is a brief, midweek morning worship service held in the Chapel (FE 100) from 7-7:30 a.m. This brief, lay-led service generally follows the set format for Morning Prayer in our Book of Common Worship—rich in liturgical and spontaneous prayers, purposeful silences, a sung, newly translated metrical psalm and scripture readings drawn from the lectionary passages for the coming Sunday.
