AN INVITATION TO PURSUE
Do
you want to be a better father and husband? This fall, men's adult ministries will present a powerful series that is transforming the lives of men in communities across the United States. In this series, The Quest for Authentic Manhood, men will learn how they can become all that they can be at home, at work, and as servant leaders in every dimension of their lives. This program helps men:
The Quest for Authentic Manhood will lead men on a journey that will examine who a man is deep inside and what masculinity really means. It will help deal with identity issues by looking at past wounds and other influences that may have led to a distorted view of masculinity. Through the course of the twenty-four week study, men will learn how to clearly define manhood and will finally be able to give a succinct and passionate answer to the questions, "What is a man?" and "What am I living to be?" Quest
begins Tuesday, September 18, 2007. It will take place in Eaton
hall from 6:00-7:30 AM. Talks will be presented by Rick Murray
and will be followed by small group discussion. We're asking for
a $20.00 donation to cover the cost of materials and refreshments.
