Allen and Julie Weeks
Partners in Hope
Allen and Julie Weeks are members of Covenant Presbyterian Church and are missionaries in east Austin. They have two young children, Ashley and Ryan. While living and working in the St. John neighborhood, they focus on improving healthcare, education and family life for local residents. They also work to empower neighbors to improve their own lives through training leaders and direct the annual HopeFest family event at Reagan High School. Allen also serves as a consultant for AISD on community engagement.
Both Allen and Julie have served overseas as missionaries—Allen in evangelism and teaching and Julie in nursing. Covenant members are welcome any time to come visit and learn how they can help in St. John.
Allen’s birthday is October 23. Julie’s birthday is April 6. Ashley’s birthday is November 7, and Ryan’s is March 6. The anniversary of the Weeks’ ministry together is July 2004.
