Small Group Leaders Needed!
Our small groups will need leaders. Leaders will encourage participants to read just 12 pages a day in a Bible specially selected for its ease of reading. Once a week small groups gather to
- pray for one another.
- review the previous week’s passages.
- preview the next week's reading.
- participate in discussions.
- hear a lesson—videotaped or live—drawn from the previous week's reading

Covenant's Reading the Bible!
Have You Read My #1 Bestseller?
There will be a test.
God
If you’ve ever wanted to read the entire Bible, your chance is coming! Covenant is making it fun and rewarding (and relatively easy) to read the entire Bible. Your commitment? Just 12 pages a day. We will read the Bible from cover to cover in three months. Augmenting this experience will be a unique set of resources including DVDs, group discussions and activities and—if you are interested—a special, easy-to-read and already divided Bible.
Covenant will form small groups, large groups, online groups, hybrid groups and more to follow the “Read the Bible in 90 Days” curriculum this summer. If you have an idea for a group, we’ll try to form that group too.

FAQ
Q: Can a person really read the entire Bible in 90 days?
A: Sure. In fact, a person can read it in less than 90 days. The idea is NOT to make the process a race. The idea is to give everyone the best opportunity to read all of God's Word.
Q: Does that include people who normally don't read very much?
A: Yes. I always ask participants how many books they read in a year's time. I've had people tell me that they read ZERO books a year, yet they read the Bible from cover to cover in 90 days.
Q: Is it necessary to take a course to do this?
A: No. However, the success rate is much higher with the course. There are several reasons for this, including: accountability, structure, group support, public commitment, question & answer sessions… plus increased learning due to the resources provided in the course. Individual responses to each of these elements vary from person to person. But, these and other elements work in concert to help participants complete the process.
Q: With that in mind, who should join the class?
A:
- Anyone who has never read the entire Bible, but wants to.
- Anyone who has read the entire Bible, but either in bits and pieces OR over a long period of time. Reading it from cover to cover over 90 days provides a very different perspective.
Q: Why do you think this program is so effective?
A: I think it works because its sole goal is to help people do something that God wants us to do, which is to read His Word. All of it. The course is geared exclusively to helping participants complete this mission: To read, attentively, every word of the Bible in 90 days. Everything we develop or select for the course furthers that mission. Along the way comes insight and discussion and community and study… but the focus is always on the one thing that most people will die without ever doing—reading the entire Bible.
Q: If I miss my Sunday small group at the church, can I hop into a Wednesday group?
A: Absolutely. The four times that we offer groups at the church are flexible. Our goal is to include as many people as want to read the Bible. You may come to any of our publicized times if you are unable to make it on your original day.
