VISIONS Luncheons

Covenant's older adults meet on the third Tuesday of each month at 11:45 a.m. for good food and fellowship followed by an entertaining program. Please call the church office to make a reservation at 454-5231. The cost of lunch is $4, paid at the door. Details regarding the programs are published in Covenant Matters. Visitors, guests and friends of all ages are always welcome.
VISIONS Travel
When: September through May on various days of the week
Where: Various locations in the central Texas area.

Each month from September through May the VISIONS Travel Committee plans and conducts a trip to see local sites of interest. Using the church bus and van which accommodate approximately thirty persons, travelers depart in the morning, eat in a restaurant along the way, and return to the church by late afternoon. Various locations visited in recent years include museums, nature cruises, theatrical and music venues, factories, emergency response and medical training facilities, and churches of special architectural or religious art interest. Usually one overnight trip is offered to take advantage of special events. Sign-up sheets are posted on the patio each month and names are added on a first come, first served basis. Costs vary as do days of the week.
